For BESPOKE purchases, please email us with the following details:
1) Please choose a bag from the styles on the "Bags" page
2) Select a colour of ostrich leather (over 400 colours)
3) Select the colour of the hardware for your bag
(Yellow gold, rose gold or palladium)
4) Select a colour of suede for the lining of your bag (12 colours)
5) Please give us the initials that you would like embossed inside your bag
6) Your bag will be delivered within 6 weeks, all beautifully wrapped
(Please note that we ship your bag DDP with DHL - this means that we will pay for the shipping, customs duties & taxes)
7) Payment can be made using Paypal

(Please note that as your bag is custom-made, we do not offer any refunds. We do however repair your bag at no charge should there be a manufacturing fault.)
